Chris Kamukama - Director
Chris holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Oxford Brooks University of the United Kingdom, a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from the Lincolnshire and Humberside University of the United Kingdom and a Diploma in Business Administration from Makerere University Business School.
He has twenty six years of post qualification experience, working in public and private sector management. Chris worked with National Council of Sports, Uganda Revenue Authority, and British Petroleum (BP) before going into full time private Business.
He decided to join private business and for fifteen years, he has succeeded in creating wealth for himself and the nation as well. Chris is developing a mult- million dollar Resort Project in Kalangala, an Island District of Uganda in Lake Victoria whose first phase is set to be commissioned in June 2012. This is ear-marked as an eco-tourism facility to promote tourism in Uganda and on the Island in particular. He owns two up-market restaurants in Kampala, under the name of "The Heights Ltd". He owns real estate in Kampala, a director, Jac International Ltd, owns two half developed farms as well as various pieces of land across the country, making him one of the solid land owners in the Country.
Apart from his personal businesses and joining the B Mac & Walker fraternity, Chris has been facilitating investors to invest in Uganda. Companies like Salini Constratori SPA, BP which later wound up its operations, Catic (China Aero-technologic International Cooperation), Avic International Ltd and others have been facilitated to invest and operate in Uganda. He has been involved in a number of procurements and Contract management for Government as well as private companies. He now employs over one hundred and fifty Ugandans and non-Ugandans directly as well as thousands through other companies, he has helped establish in Uganda.
As a person, Chris has strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. He has been in various business negotiations and for B Mac & Walker Consultants, he helps in establishing business links, gives sound business advice as well as financing activities of the new company. He is conversant with the Investment Climate in Uganda, policies and procedures, business opportunities as well as the social, economic and political situation in Uganda.
Molly Nawe Kamukama - Director
Molly has fifteen years of post qualification experience, six working at a senior management level in public sector contributing to organisational mission, vision and strategic objectives. Molly practised teaching for two years, has worked with the Uganda Electoral Commission for thirteen years rising through the ranks to the level of Acting Director of Operations in the country. She recently opted not to renew her contract specifically to concentrate on B Mac and Walker Consultancy and pursue her PHD programme. She is the only Ugandan fully accredited and the second one in the whole region as an Election Facilitator with (BRIDGE) Building Resources in Democracy, Governance and Elections, the only fully developed election curriculum worldwide. Molly has participated in training, curricular, represented the Commission at National and International level. Privately, Molly has been giving support to her Husband in business gaining un-quantified experience as well. She has extensive experience in Government policies, Procedures and networks.
She has strong leadership and organisation skills, proven people management skills, good influencing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. She is a versatile personality with proven ability and excellent knowledge of practices, principles and procedures of strategic management. She is experienced in working with stakeholders, taking good care of their interests without compromising the required standards. She has a broad knowledge of donor funding, design, implementation and management of projects, extensive experience of Government, Non-Governmental and Civil Society institutional structures, policies and networks as well as the social and political frameworks within which implementation of poverty reduction strategies occurs at a country level as well as continental level.
As a person, she is both a Manager, a leader, a very strong character, firm yet tactful and mindful. Has a lot of drive, determination, stamina, is hard-working, has good understanding and is patient. She is easily approachable, has a lot of exposure and experience in both desk and field work, a very hands on person, always has solutions or alternatives making day to day life real and practical, she loves learning, reads and explores a lot. She empowers and believes in team work and makes an excellent team leader, she also is adventurous by nature which equips her for the business world where many day to day decisions are like risk taking. She knows many people, is very resourceful, encourages and promotes her team to lead or take charge which is positive in building their confidence. By training, Molly is a Chartered Secretary with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of the United Kingdom, at an Associate Level. She holds a Masters Degree in Management Studies majoring in Human Resource Management from Uganda Management Institute, holds and Bachelors Degree in Arts with Education from Makerere University and a Diploma in Business Administration from Makerere Business Institute. She also holds certificates in Counselling, Training of Trainers, European Union Procedures and Processes, Donor Funding Management and Financial Control, Election Administration and Computer Science.
Patricia Kinuka Kazooba - Business Development Manager
PATRICIA is a pleasant, warm, positive and people person. She values; fairness, honesty, trust, and respect for self & others, and personal accountability.
She is passionate about good causes especially those she has committed to. She has an amazing ability to look at the bigger picture while at the same time taking care of the small details. She believes in people development and continuous improvement of causes she has committed to. She is also a God–fearing and family person.
She is a social worker by training. She has a rich experience of twenty (20) years in the areas of consultancy, social marketing, communication and public relations, strategic planning and management, project co-ordination & management, advocacy, lobbying, and sales among others. She has also been widely exposed in developmental work with various multinationals NGO e.g. USAID and DFID.
Patricia has enormous, people-networking, leadership and organizational ability, born of her exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. She is equally comfortable working on her own or in a team and has a natural ease of fitting in multi-cultural teams. She is very pragmatic and has good analytical and problem-solving skills. She is very energetic and will not give up on a cause she believes in (personal and organisational); even when others are giving up.
She has attended, facilitated and organised several local and international seminars, workshops, retreats, meetings and conferences cutting across various areas including health, social, economic, agriculture, human rights, management, leadership and Business.

Emmanuel Bunanukye - Head, Corporate Relations
Emmanuel is a diligent and reliable individual, with a rich experience and skills in information technology, accounting, and strategic business planning or management sectors. Emmanuel has good interpersonal and time management skills, capable of working within team and on his own initiative to meet deadlines and perfect quality. Emmanuel has the ability to work under pressure, while maintaining a high quality of discipline, confidentiality as well as interacting with people.
Emmanuel is very flexible and capable of learning and adapting to new skills and working conditions respectively. He is open to training and development opportunities to enhance efficiency and growth.
Emmanuel comes to B Mac & Walker with a solid understanding of the strategic and business planning industry and market participants. Reporting to the IT Manager before, Emmanuel closely worked with management on information technology strategic issues.
As a highlight of his experience, Emmanuel participated in the coordination, design and implementation of both company and individual strategic planning and performances. His work required him to interface with key actors in every department of different companies he has worked with to meet deadline-oriented deliverables.
At this stage in his career, Emmanuel is ready to make the leap to consulting. Emmanuel's background working in strategic business and information technology planning provided him with an insightful perspective in problems that companies encounter in their day to day operations.
Therefore, this leaves Emmanuel with an opportunity to translate that experience into business solutions for day to day challenges.

Stephen Asiimwe - Special Regional Media Consultant
Stephen is a multi-disciplined, skilled and experienced person. After his A' levels in 1987, Stephen trained as a teacher, social scientist, journalist and media manager and now has 15 years experience, most of it with Uganda's biggest media house, The New Vision.
Starting off at a very junior role of free lance reporter/proof reader, he rose to the rank of Deputy Business Editor (1994 – 2003). Because of his ambition, creativity and innovation, he was taken on by the American Procurement Company (AMPROC) to start the East African Procurement News (2003 – 2005).
He was later to start his own paper, together with his colleagues, the East African Business Week (May 2005 to-date) that has a regional outfit that includes Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Burundi. A team player with strong leadership skills, he led over 200 loyal and well-motivated team managers, marketers, journalists, accountants, distribution and circulation men and women into what is the only and first full-fledged business paper in the region.
As a matter of personal interest, Stephen keeps abreast of developments in the global business and investment industry. On the regional and international scene, Stephen has networked with senior government leaders, business people, policy makers, media experts and owners, through interaction, training and participation in conferences, and membership of international organizations. He has gained a good understanding of various economies and cultures through work, travel and training engagements in various countries such as Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Zambia, Mozambique, Botswana, South Africa, Nigeria, Benin, the UK, Belgium, Switzerland, USA, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore and China.
As a result of his experience and contribution in journalism and particularly founding and heading the East African Business Week, he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Letters given to top scholars and journalists by the United Graduate College and Seminary (Tennessee, USA), in December 2008. This prestigious award was given to him for leading a Christ-centered media outlet that brings honour and positive exposure to Africa.
